Over her 30+ year history working in and with federal, state, and local government, private and non-profit sectors, Amy has focused on emerging public health issues including HIV/AIDS, childhood obesity, and ethical issues in genetics. Through lines have been bringing technology and innovation to public health and public health perspectives to technology and innovation. For the last decade, her focus has been on helping populations with low digital literacy and access to use technology to improve their health, and ensuring that such technology is optimized for populations with various barriers to technology. After spending 2 decades at leading schools of medicine, she has been a full time consultant on digital health engagement and innovation since 2021. Her superpower is connecting the digital inclusion world to health care and vice versa.
