The Marylanders Online Tech Support Helpline:

Marylanders Online is a free, statewide service through the University of Maryland Extension that connects Maryland residents with digital, tech, and internet support services. The Helpline is staffed by a team or trained Digital Navigators who are ready to provide no-cost computer help and technology support over the phone or email.

To connect with the Marylanders Online Helpline, call the toll-free number 1-866-206-8467 Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About the Maryland Tech Support Helpline

Tech Helpline Digital Navigators offer free resources and support for:

  • Computers, tablets, and smartphones

  • Computer hardware and software issues

  • Getting on the Internet or finding free Wi-Fi

  • Finding digital skills classes, training, or self-guided learning tutorials

  • Applying for government services

  • And more!

In addition to these online services, Digital Navigators can also connect people to in-person support by linking individuals with local organizations.

Tech support is available in English, Spanish, and 180+ other languages upon request.
