Shelita Jackson joins University of Maryland Extension as Tech Extension Educator for the Western Maryland Cluster serving Allegany, Garrett and Washington Counties. Shelita has a very diverse background in administration, customer service, human resources and management. She has a strong desire to open the door to technology, by enhancing the digital literacy skills of all Marylanders. She will also be providing assistance in signing up for government resources which provide devices or broadband access where available (either free or at a discount). Shelita has a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Management with a Specialization in Human Resources.
