Mitsuko has served in Planning, Policy, and Special Projects with the Montgomery County Government for over 10 years. She is an experienced strategic planner and broadband/digital equity program developer who uses innovative approaches and strong organizational expertise to launch and expand critical broadband and digital equity programs. Experience working with state and federal agencies, community organizations, and local governments to achieve solutions that benefit local residents and businesses. Mitsuko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from University of California - San Diego and a JD from Georgetown University.
