What does this resource cover?
This is a workshop created by AT&T, Learning Alchemy, Michelle Frisque Consulting Group, and the Public Library Association and shared on DigitalLearn.org and will help learners protect themselves from online scams and increase their confidence in navigating the Internet.
What will community members learn?
According to the included lesson plan, after learners complete this workshop, they will be able to:
- Identify a secure website
- Create a strong password that is easy to remember
- Identify key factors in an email message that indicate a scam
