Samantha Musgrave serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition (BDEC), where she leads efforts to unite individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds to bring essential digital resources to Baltimore’s most disconnected communities. Under her leadership, BDEC is committed to addressing both immediate and long-term needs through policy, advocacy, and action, working to permanently close the digital divide in Baltimore by ensuring equitable access to affordable devices, high-speed internet, and comprehensive digital skills training..
Before joining BDEC in 2024, Samantha held various roles at the Digital Harbor Foundation's Project Waves, a program that provides free connectivity to over 1,000 residents of affordable housing in Baltimore City, while also offering holistic support services to its users. Her career spans over a decade, including 10 years with Adoptions Together, a regional nonprofit where she focused on adoption, guardianship, foster care, and family reunification through industry-leading counseling, education, and therapy services.
Samantha holds a degree in Modern Language and Linguistics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
